Course Description:

THIS NOVEMBER CLASS SATISFIES THE REQUIREMENT FOR THE 2024-2025 USPAP UPDATE COURSE

All North Dakota credentialed appraisers will have to take this brand new 7-hour USPAP Update Course before June 30, 2026, to avoid an administrative penalty.

A. Bring your copy of the 2022-2023 USPAP document you received in your past USPAP 7-Hour Update Course, and

B. You must purchase a student manual for this new course. Those will be available after October 1, 2023, (more information to follow once they are available)

Instructor: Craig Steinley, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, AI-RRS, is a South Dakota Certified General Appraiser, a contracted USPAP compliance examiner with the South Dakota Department of Revenue and Regulation, and an AQB Certified USPAP instructor.
