As a professional appraiser connected to NDAA, you will enjoy educational opportunities at a reduced cost, be listed on the NDAA website, and be able to build a profile for the website that will describe your special areas of practice. Members of NDAA must have a State-Registered, State-Licensed, State Certified Residential, or State Certified General credential issued by the Appraisal Certification Program under the authority of the North Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation, but need not be a resident of North Dakota. Annual dues are $125.
