As a professional appraiser connected to NDAA, you will enjoy educational opportunities at a reduced cost, be listed on the NDAA website, and be able to build a profile for the website that will describe your special areas of practice. Members of NDAA must have a State-Registered, State-Licensed, State Certified Residential, or State Certified General credential issued by the Appraisal Certification Program under the authority of the North Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation, but need not be a resident of North Dakota. Annual dues are $175.
Associate Member

NDAA Associate Member: an individual who is NOT an appraiser yet would like to join and support the NDAA. The individual pays the annual fee and has the full member benefits, but no voting rights. Annual dues are $175
Affiliate Member
The price for membership is $0.00 now.
NDAA Affiliate Member: A business, entity or organization which would like to join and support the NDAA. The business, entity or organization pays the annual fee and has certain defined benefits (such as discounted education fees for employees), but no voting rights.
