I started my appraisal career in 2016 as an apprentice, gained my certified credential in 2019, and currently own and operate Anderson Appraisal Service Inc located in Grand Forks. Our office is one of the oldest in the state dating back to 1983, while our founder Terry Anderson shares his experiences dating back to 1978. We strive to develop creditable reports for our clients.
