Mastering the New URAR: Reporting the Appraiser’s Market Analysis and the Appraiser’s Approaches to Value

1.5 hour Lunch from 12:00 PM—1:30 PM (lunch will be provided along with the Annual Membership Meeting)

This seminar is not a theory exercise. Instead, the class will be a single property case study from start-to-finish. The students will “complete” a UAD 3.6 appraisal report along the way on the subject property. The hands-on work includes supporting some of the adjustments with accepted methods and techniques as the approaches to value are completed.Updated 3.6 appraisal software and a laptop are not required. If preferred, the students can bring their laptop and appraisal software to the seminar and put the information about the subject property into a new 3.6 report on their laptop along the way (but only if they want to do so). This allows a more comprehensive learning experience for the students if they decide they want to get more familiar with their 3.6 software during class. *This is not a sottware class
